About this template
Sometimes you just need a sheet of lined paper. This template generates clean ruled pages you can print at home — choose Letter or A4 and the line spacing, and download a ready-to-print PDF.
It is handy for note-taking, journaling, handwriting practice or anytime you'd rather write than type.
Choosing line spacing
Smaller spacing (18–22pt) fits more on a page for dense notes; larger spacing (24–30pt) suits handwriting practice and younger writers. The default of 24pt matches a standard notebook.
Lined Notebook Paper — frequently asked questions
Can I print it double-sided?
Yes. The margins are set so the lines don't run into the binding edge. Print odd pages first, then refeed for even, or use your printer's duplex setting.
