About this template
Graph paper is a quiet workhorse — for sketches, maths, floor plans, garden layouts and quick diagrams. This template generates a clean square grid you can print at home in Letter or A4, at whatever grid size you need.
Generate it in the browser and print as many sheets as you like.
Choosing a grid size
A 5mm grid is the common default and fits a lot on a page. Use 2–3mm for fine technical work and 8–10mm for larger sketches or younger users.
Graph Paper Template — frequently asked questions
Is the grid perfectly square?
Yes. The grid is drawn in millimetres so squares are equal in both directions regardless of page size.
